About DESSERT KITCHEN

At Dessert Kitchen, we believe food should bring people together. From breads and rolls to indulgent desserts and allergen-friendly baking, our kitchens are dedicated to creating products that combine flavour, consistency, and scale.

We proudly supply New Zealand’s leading foodservice providers, retailers, and airlines, and we partner with brands to deliver white-label and contract manufacturing solutions. Our portfolio includes Dessert Kitchen (cakes, slices, mousses, breads), Allergywise (allergen free breads and pizza bases), and Inclusion Kitchen (baked inclusions for ice cream, confectionery, and bakery).

Although we operate at scale, Dessert Kitchen remains family-owned—committed to the same care, quality, and values that got us started. Based in Auckland, NZ, our team of bakers, food technologists, and production specialists take pride in crafting food trusted by households, food service, and global brands alike.

With dedicated staff and purpose-built kitchens for both traditional and allergen free production, Dessert Kitchen is positioned to grow with New Zealand’s changing food landscape—while staying true to what matters most: creating food people love.

Halal Certified Facility and our fully separated Allergen Friendly Kitchen is Coeliac Certified, Vegan Certified, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Nut Free and Soy Free.
