Our portfolio includes Dessert Kitchen (cakes, slices, mousses, breads), Allergywise (allergen free breads and pizza bases), and Inclusion Kitchen (baked inclusions for ice cream, confectionery, and bakery).
Although we operate at scale, Dessert Kitchen remains family-owned—committed to the same care, quality, and values that got us started. Based in Auckland, NZ, our team of bakers, food technologists, and production specialists take pride in crafting food trusted by households, food service, and global brands alike.

Food Safety Certifications & Standards
We operate under rigorous food safety systems, holding certifications that meet both New Zealand and international standards. Every product is produced in a facility that follows strict allergen control procedures, with regular microbiological and quality testing to ensure consistency, safety, and trust. Halal Certified Facility and our fully separated Allergen Friendly Kitchen is Coeliac Certified, Vegan Certified, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Egg Free, Nut Free and Soy Free.

Ingredient Sourcing
Where possible, we prioritise local sourcing to support New Zealand growers and suppliers. This not only strengthens regional supply chains but also ensures freshness, traceability, and reduced environmental impact.

While we don’t display specific pricing online, we tailor our commercial models to suit our partners. Options include competitive volume pricing, bespoke packages, and tiered structures designed around your distribution channels and growth plans. We produce a wide range of products across our three kitchens —Allergywise, Dessert Kitchen, and Inclusion Kitchen. While pricing is tailored to partners and commercially sensitive, we can provide an order catalogue on request so you can see the full breadth of what we make.

Recycling & Waste Protocols
We minimise waste by recycling where possible, implementing by-product reduction initiatives supporting Kiwi Harvest, and working with partners to ensure packaging solutions that are practical, recyclable, or reusable.
